Their individual charms are definitely competitive, sometimes cheaper than NetFlorist. For starter bracelets, it's pretty similar across the board but Charmed has good bundle deals.

Personalized stuff is usually harder to return cause it's made just for you. Might be worth checking their policy on custom items first.
